CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE FOR GOODS

1. Introduction

1.1 The Seller:

This website is operated by Paett LTD, private company limited by shares with a capital of 100 GBP, registered with The Registrar of Companies for England and Wales under number 14958480, whose registered office is located at 124-128 City Road EC1V 2NX London, England.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paett LTD. Paett LTD offers this website, including all information, products and services available from this site to you, the consumers who are natural persons or non-professional legal entities (hereinafter the "Customers"), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Customer by purchasing products on our website confirms that they are the end consumer and that they do not intend to resell the product for commercial reasons.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

2.MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

2.1 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

2.2 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

2.3 We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products or service.

3. GOODS

The Seller warrants and represents to the Purchaser that the Goods shall:

3.1 conform in all respects with any particulars or specification specified in the Purchase Order including any variations;

3.2 conform in all respects with the requirements of any statutes, orders, regulations or bye-laws from time to time in force;

3.3 be of satisfactory quality and free from defects in materials and workmanship; and

3.4 be fit and sufficient for the purpose for which such goods are ordinarily used and for any particular purpose made known to the Supplier by the Purchaser and the Purchaser relies on the skill and judgement of the Supplier in the supply of the Goods and the execution of the Purchase Order.

3.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

3.6 Paett LTD reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute over a previous order, or if Paett LTD reasonably believes that the customer has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.

Ordering process

The purchase process takes place in several steps:

1. You may browse the site and select the products you wish to order by pressing “Add to cart” button. After that you may decide to checkout or continue browsing. You can see your cart by pressing the icon on the top right corner, where you will be able to see the products selected with a photo and variations selected by you as well as quantity. You have always a choice of changing the quantity or deleting the items in your cart.

2. The Customer must create an account and provide necessary information to be able to purchase products and services provided: name, surname, or company name, address, e-mail, password, telephone number for the delivery.

3. Verification by the Customer details provided and confirmation of the content of the order. At this step you may modify the information provided or the content of the order. Upon providing your information and address you will be able to select the order options and see the price of delivery based on the address provided.

4. Finalisation of the order. When confirming the delivery method, you will have an option to select gift option, if your order is a gift and you wish to have gift receipt(without the price) included with the order and a gift message.

5. Payment. During this step you can select if your billing address is the same as delivery address. You may then choose the payment method and enter requested information. By placing an order with us, the Customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions.

6. Confirmation of the order. The Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address provided with a receipt, which will contain details of the order as well as the information provided by the customer necessary to fulfill the order. You re advised to keep the confirmation e-mail as the official proof of the order.

7. Paett LTD will then proceed to confirm the availability of the products ordered by the Customer. Paett LTD reserves the right of ownership of the products upon it has received the price of the order.

8. Confirmation of dispatch of the order. The Customer will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number and confirmation of the dispatch of the order, which concludes the contract on this date.

4. PRICE

4.1 Unless expressly agreed otherwise between the parties in writing. The Price is indicated in euros and shall be inclusive of all delivery and insurance costs, VAT, applicable sales taxes and excluding custom duties outside the EU, which remains the responsibility of the Customer.

4.2 The total of the order must be fully paid upon the order and are paid in euros, conversion rate may apply if paid in different currency.

4.3 Payment Options. Paett LTD does not store or collect any payment information. We offer SSL secure checkout provided by our partners from Stripe or Paypal. The customer has an option to check out using:

  • Apple pay (credit card)

  • PayPal

  • Direct Transfer (only after contacting info@paett.com)

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

5.1 The prices and the products that are visible on the site are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of the stock.

In case of orders placed at the same time by multiple customers for the same product. If the products ordered by the Customer become unavailable, Paett LTD will inform the Customer as soon as possible with an option of choosing another products or cancel the order without any charge.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

5.2 Paett LTD is not liable for any shortage or an event of unavailability of orders not yet confirmed.

6. DELIVERY

6.1 Upon receiving full payment for the Service, Paett LTD will organize shippment of the products and will transfer the ownership to the Customer.

6.2 Paett LTD might use different address of shippment than stated on the Introduction and use it’s distribution partner’s adress to deliver the order.

6.3 The Customer assumes responsibility of the possible risks of lost and theft or damage from the point when the order was marked delivered by the delivery service at the address provided by the Customer.

6.4 Time of delivery. The time for the products to deliver will depend on the size of the order as well as the address that was provided by the Customer.

6.5 Paett LTD will not be held liable for delays caused by delivery service or customs.

6.6 The order will be shipped by our distributor Poem di Pietro Moretti, within 3 weeks from order date. The time of shipping depends on availability and complexity of the garment in case it has to be produced. For some garments there is a 2 week time surcharge, indicated in the description of the garment.

6.7 If the order will not be shipped within 30 days from the order date, Paett LTD will refund the Customer for the order.

6.8 Before the order is to be delivered by the delivery service and is signed upon receipment, the Customer should check that the package was not damaged and the content of the order is the same as indicated in the invoice. In case of any issue concerning the package (damage or missing items) please contact Paett LTD through email in Contact tab. In the event that product/s delivered do not conform with the items delivered, you should contact Paet LTD. The customer has 24 hours to signal these issues from the time of the order being marked as delivered.

6.9 If the delivery service will not be able to deliver the package to the chosen address because of wrong address or absence of the Recipient, this will affect the quality of the delivery, where Paett LTD cannot be held responsible. Depending on the policy of the delivery service, the order might be located at the nearest pick up point for the customer to be picked up within few days. In this case Paett LTD will not be responsible for damage or theft of the package. When order is not picked up during the time provided to the Customer, the order will return to the distributing partner of Paett LTD.

7. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

7.1 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

7.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7.3To start a return, you can contact us at info@paett.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

7.4 After receiving your request for the return we will send you the details for return via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the Customer to pack the item they wish to return in a way that the item will not be damaged in transit. Shipping of the return is paid by the Customer.

7.5 Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

7.6 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

7.7 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically granted a store credit for your next order or we will send the modified order based on your request within 10 days. Please note that you can only perform one return per transaction.

8. SPECIAL ORDERS

8.1 If you wish to use our service of Special Orders, you may contact us through info@paett.com with subject: Special Order - Name Surname/Company name.

8.2 Upon receiving your request we will contact within few days in order to learn more about your Special Orders.

8.3 At Paett LTD we will carefully consider every aspect of your desired project and offer you possible solutions, including sketches, fabric samples, color selection and fitting.

8.4 Every case of Special Orders is different and the price for the service will be determined based on the complexity and range of the service.
