Please use the Return Form if you wish to cancel or exchange your order. At this time we are not able to provide the refund via direct money transfer. However, we will study each case and decide according to the best solution.

In case of orders made with Stripe by credit card:
1.1 If the product has already been delivered to you.
Upon receiving the Return Form we will contact you with the next steps.
Upon receiving the return in unchanged conditions (including original packaging and tags) we will issue a store credit to be used for future orders.
1.2 If you wish to cancel the order because you have inserted adress or details incorrectly during check out, please contact us through this form with the correct details.

In case of need to change size, please provide a desired size as well as order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible and provide you with a return label.

In case you would like to exchange the product for another one, please provide the order number and the desired products.
If the exchange exceedes previous amount we will provide information for payment.
If the exchange has lower value, we will provide the store credit for a future order.
